Fitzpatrick Elementary Hosts Inaugural Black History Trivia Bowl

Fitzpatrick Elementary School students tested their knowledge of the African-American culture today, with the school hosting its inaugural “Black History Trivia Bowl”.

Thirteen students competed in today’s trivial bowl after winning individual classroom events. School officials say they wanted to make sure students are acquiring knowledge about African American achievements.

There could only be one winner and 4th grader Jayla McCord took top prize.

The school plans to make the black history trivia bowl an annual event.
