Hot and Humid With Isolated Storms
Temperatures hovered in the low to mid 90s this afternoon. Showers remained extremely isolated, but on the plus side, humidity was still just a touch lower. We could see another isolated shower or two pop through early this evening, but we’re rain free overnight. Temperatures settle into the mid 70s.
Rain chances stay rather limited on Thursday and Friday afternoon. Thursday looks like the hotter day of the two, with an afternoon high near 94°. Highs top out in the low 90s Friday, with some mid-90s possible. Lows both nights fall into the mid 70s.
Higher chances for more widely scattered afternoon storms return this weekend through the first half of next week. Hot and humid summer days continue through next Wednesday, with highs topping out in the low to mid 90s and lows only falling into the mid 70s.
