Mainly Sunny & Dry

A rather uneventful weather pattern has settled across the area. High pressure back over us is helping to keep it mostly sunny and dry. Temps continue to climb above average for highs. We should even see temps back up to 90 by late week. Another frontal boundary moves into the deep south going into the weekend. Some rain works through the area Friday night into Saturday. We don’t expect much and some spot may not see anything at all. The front moves south of us and a surge of cooler air moves in Saturday night into Sunday. High temps only manage lower 80s while overnight lows will drop into the mid 50s for a couple of nights. It’s looking dry Sunday through Monday but moisture returns along with rain Tuesday into Wednesday. Once this rain activity departs, we cool down once again Wednesday night through the latter half of next week.
