UPDATE: Montgomery House Fire Sends 10 to the Hospital
UPDATE: Capt. Jason Cupps with Montgomery Fire/Rescue tells Alabama News Network that ten people were sent to the hospital from the fire. Nine people were trapped inside of the home when fire crews arrived, with one victim outside of the home.
Cupps says victims range from infant to adults. A family member who lives nearby says the children that live there are all under the age of 12, one of them only a few months old.
Cupps says all patients are considered to be in critical condition. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

A two-alarm fire on in north Montgomery sent multiple people to the hospital.
Montgomery Fire/Rescue Captain Jason Cupps tells Alabama News Network that it happened on Empire Road, just off Northern Blvd.
Nine people, ranging from children to adults, have been transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
