Montgomery Police Charge Teen with Sexual Assault of Child Less than 12-Years-Old

Montgomery police have charged D’Kevin Lawery, 19, with Sexual Abuse of a Child Less Than 12. Police say the incident occurred February 12, in the 3700 block of Maclamar Road.

Lawery was identified as the suspect and arrested on June 17 and then placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

He is being held on $30,000 bond.
