Man Shot and Killed on Rosa Parks Avenue in Montgomery

Montgomery police are conducting a homicide investigation following the shooting death of 25-year-old Devonta Timmons of  Montgomery. 

On Saturday at about 11 p.m., police and fire medics responded to a call of a person shot in the 4100 block of Rosa L. Parks Avenue. Timmons was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The circumstances remain under investigation and no arrests have been made. This will be the 55th murder of 2020.
