Man Killed in Montgomery Crash

Montgomery police are investigating a wreck that left a man dead. 

Police say on Friday, December 31, at about 9:42 p.m., they and fire medics went to Virginia Loop Road at McInnis Road to investigate a crash that involved an SUV.

At  the scene, they found the  driver, 40-year-old John Battle of Montgomery, had been killed.

Police have released no other information.
