UPDATE: Montgomery Police Release Name of Pedestrian Struck, Killed
Montgomery police have now released the name of the man who died after being struck by an SUV.
Police say at around 6:28 p.m. on Sunday, they and fire medics responded to the 400 block of West Fairview Avenue.
That’s where they say 74-year-old Johnny Christian had been hit by an SUV. He was pronounced dead at a hospital. The driver and passengers inside the car weren’t hurt.
Police have released no other information.
