UPDATE: Nine-Month-Old Montgomery Boy Found; Amber Alert Canceled

The Amber Alert for a kidnapped nine-month-old Montgomery boy was canceled late Monday night after he was found.

Comarion Henderson-Goodson was located in Montgomery and is in good health, according to Central Alabama CrimeStoppers.

He had been the subject of an Amber Alert earlier in the evening.

Montgomery police say his non-custodial mother Dominique Goodson was taken into custody by the Birmingham Police Department after being involved in a car chase.

Police say Goodson was taken into custody along with two other adults.

Goodson was taken to the Birmingham City Jail. The Montgomery Police Department has placed a hold on Dominique Goodson.

Police say the baby had been last seen this afternoon at about 3PM in the Gibbs Drive area and was believed to be in extreme danger.
