UPDATE: Police Identify Motorcyclist Killed in Downtown Montgomery Crash
Montgomery police have now released the name of the motorcyclist killed in a wreck downtown.
Police say at about 3:50 Saturday morning, they were called to the 700 block of Madison Avenue to investigate a wreck involving the motorcycle and another vehicle.
They say the man on the motorcycle, identified as 38-year-old Lance Knighton of Montgomery, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle wasn’t hurt.
No other information has been released.
