Andalusia Man Struck, Killed by Car in Covington County
An Andalusia man has been struck and killed by a car in Covington County.
Alabama State Troopers say 52-year-old Joseph Hart was hit on U.S. Highway 84, about four miles east of Andalusia. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
State troopers say he was hit by a car driven by 51-year-old Connie Qualls of Dozier.
The accident happened Friday night at around 7:17PM.
