MPD: Man injured in shooting Friday night
Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday evening.
Officers and fire medics were called around 6:00 p.m. to the 1700 block of Yarbrough Street in reference to a person shot. Yarbrough Street is near Lower Wetumpka Road.
Once they arrived, they found an adult male with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
No word on any suspects at this time.
