New luxury apartments coming to downtown Montgomery
A former bank building in Downtown Montgomery is getting new life.
According to city records, the old Colonial Bank on South Perry Street will soon become an all new luxury apartment complex.
“The Banc “overlooks I-85 and sits in between S. Perry and S. Lawrence Streets.
