Some clouds, rain-free, warm days, cool nights this weekend
A narrow band of rain and embedded rumbles of thunder moved through our area prior to sunrise Friday. However, by mid-morning, our area was rain free with sunshine for most. The sky remains mainly sunny for the rest of the day. Temperatures warm into the low 80s with a brisk west wind of 10 to 15 mph and higher gusts. Winds subside Friday night, and temperatures cool to near 50° while the sky remains mainly clear.
