Montgomery police make arrest in Halloween night homicide
A man has been charged in a fatal shooting that happened Halloween night in Montgomery.
Police say they have charged 24-year-old Terrance Moorer of Montgomery with capital murder.
As Action 8 News has reported, 25-year-old Jeralyric Goldsmith of Montgomery was shot Halloween night. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
Police say Moorer was arrested today and is being held without bond.
Police have released no other information.
