CAMPAIGN 2024: CW Montgomery to air GOP presidential debate from Tuscaloosa
The fourth Republican Presidential Debate will be held in Tuscaloosa and can be seen locally on the CW Montgomery.
The debate is scheduled for 7PM on Wednesday, December 6, from the University of Alabama’s Frank Moody Music Building.
It will also air on the NewsNation cable TV channel and website and can be heard on SiriusXM channel 111.
The debate will be moderated by Megyn Kelly, who hosts SiriusXM’s “The Megyn Kelly Show,” NewsNation’s Elizabeth Vargas, and The Washington Free Beacon’s Eliana Johnson.
In order to be eligible to take the stage, candidates must show at least 6% support in two approved national polls, or 6% in one poll from two early-voting states. They also need to have at least 80,000 unique donors.
While former President Trump will be eligible for the debate, it is not known if he will participate. He has skipped the three prior debates.
The CW Montgomery can be watched over the air on Channel 22.1 and Channel 32.2 as well as on cable, satellite and streaming services in the Montgomery TV market.
