A Freeze Is Likely Overnight!

High pressure centered just to our west will continue to play a big role in helping keep our weather quiet through most of this week. The high pressure system will eventually move east and that will open the door for a cloudy and rainy weather pattern to return.

In the mean time, it’s a mainly clear and dry weather pattern through Thursday. Temperatures will remain on the cool side even with abundant sunshine. We’re expecting highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s but overnight temps will be rather cold with upper 20s to lower 30s. Tonight will be the coldest with a freeze likely area wide. This will be one of those take care of your pets, plants, and pipes nights.

Looks like clouds and rain will be returning for late week and over the upcoming weekend. We could see at least three waves of rain pass through the area. Each will have the potential to produce a good soaking rain for the area. We could be looking at a range of 1 to 3 inch rainfall for the area. Temps will manage upper 60s to lower 70s for highs and lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s during the rainy weather pattern.
