Man charged with killing his grandfather in Lee County

A man is charged with shooting and killing his grandfather in Lee County.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office say 31-year-old Wiltavious Wilson is charged with murder and is being held without bond.

The sheriff’s office says 79-year-old Ralph Wilson was found dead inside a home on Lee County Road 390 in the Beulah community at around 11:42PM Thursday.

Investigators say the shooting happened during an argument. They say they have recovered a gun that is believed to be the murder weapon.
