Attempted murder suspect turns himself in to Opp police

An attempted murder suspect has turned himself in to Opp police, according to Central Alabama CrimeStoppers.

18-year-old Jakellus Arnez Lane turned himself in last night.

On November 16, Opp police were called to Morning Star Drive, where a male victim had been shot several times.

Opp police developed Lane as a suspect, along with two other people. The two others have already been taken into custody, according to CrimeStoppers.
