Camden woman being held on $1 million bond in fatal shooting

A Camden woman charged with killing her husband has had her bond set at $1 million.

Jacqueline Mack went before a Wilcox County judge on Tuesday after being arrested and charged with murder last week.

Sheriff Larry Colston said Mack called 9-1-1 about a shooting at her home. When deputies arrived, he says they found her husband, Spencer “Pete” Mack, lying dead of a gunshot wound in the living room.

A gun found in the house was sent to forensics to be examined.

Mack remains in the Prince Arnold Detention Center.
