Man killed in Lowndes County Wreck
A man has been killed in a wreck in Lowndes County.
Alabama State Troopers say 37-year-old Kent McWilliams of Letohatchee was killed when the car he was driving left the roadway and hit a tree. Investigators say he wasn’t using a seat belt and died at the scene.
The wreck happened at about 10:45 last night on Alabama Highway 21 about 14 miles south of Hayneville.
