Two Montgomery teenagers charged with capital murder

Montgomery police say they’ve charged two teenagers with capital murder.

Police say they have charged a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, who are both from Montgomery. 

They are suspected in the September 20 shooting death of a 16-year-old male, who was also from Montgomery.  

As Action 8 News has reported, police said the victim was shot just before midnight that night in the 3200 block of Cloud Street, which is between Lower Wetumpka Road and Fairground Road.

Police say both of the teenagers are being held without bond.
