Christmas gift reaction in Montgomery goes viral on social media

The emotional reaction to a Christmas gift goes viral — when video of the response is posted on social media.

Soon to be 16 year old London Milton of Montgomery — got the car of her dreams — this Christmas. And she can’t stop smiling about it.

“I know right. I was just in shock,” she said.

“Like, I didn’t think it was real. Like, I just felt like, I wasn’t in my body, like it felt like a dream.

Her response was a priceless mix of stunned surprise, joy, laughter, screams and tears.

And when her mother posted her reaction on social media — it went viral — with more than 250 thousand views — and over 35 thousand likes.

“It was crazy,” said Ashley Milton.

“Cause I never expected it to go viral like that. I was just uploading her video and just wanted to do something for an amazing child,” she said.

“You know Christmas is not so much about receiving. It’s about giving and spreading joy. And that was a very joyful, memorable moment that I will never forget and I hope that she’ll never forget. So, it was awesome.”

London’s brother Mason got a kick out watching his big sister that day.

“I just want to tell everybody how happy it was to see my sister on Christmas. And it was kind of funny to see her cry at the same time. But, it was probably my best Christmas just seeing that,” he said.

“It drives so good,” said London. “It’s so smooth too. I love it.”
