ACTION 8 UPDATE: Man killed in shooting at Shoppes at EastChase

Action 8 News was on the scene of a fatal shooting near The Juicy Crab restaurant at the Shoppes at EastChase this afternoon.

Montgomery police told Action 8 News that they were called to the scene at about 2:55PM. They say they found a man dead of a gunshot wound.

Police say the suspected shooter also suffered a gunshot wound and was found at a hospital. He has been taken into custody.

Investigators say the motive was domestic in nature.

No other information has been released.
