Tallassee police searching for person suspected of robbing business

Tallassee police need your help finding the person suspected of robbing a business with a gun.

Police say the person used a handgun to rob the Marathon gas station at 511 Jordan Avenue. The robbery happened Tuesday at about 1:30PM.

Investigators say the robber left the gas station with money. It’s not known in which direction he left.

Central Alabama CrimeStoppers is offering a cash reward for the identification of the suspect.
