Schools Change Schedules for Tuesday due to possibility of icy conditions

Several school systems in our area are making changes to their schedule for Tuesday due to the possibility of icy conditions.

Much of the area is under a Winter Weather Advisory from Monday night until 6AM Tuesday.

Bullock Co. Schools – Remote
Butler Co. Schools – Remote
Chilton Co. Schools – Closed
Conecuh Co. Schools – Closed
Dallas Co. Schools – Remote
Demopolis City Schools – Remote
Elmore County Schools – Closed
Ingram State Technical College – Campuses closed except for Easterling, Fountain and Ventress
Linden City Schools – Remote
Lowndes Co. Schools — Closed
Macon East Academy – Closed
Montgomery Academy – Delayed until 10:00 a.m.
Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School – Two hour delay
Montgomery Public Schools – Remote
Perry Co. Schools – Remote
Pike Road Schools – Closed
Prattville Christian Academy – Remote
Saint James School – Delayed start
Selma City Schools – Remote
Tallapoosa Co. Schools – Remote
Tallassee City Schools – Closed
Trenholm State Community College – Remote
Troy University Montgomery – Delayed until noon
Wallace Community College Selma – Closed

In addition, Meals on Wheels will not do food deliveries on Tuesday.
