Alabama State Troopers say 52-year-old Sedrick Brooks was standing in a roadway when he was hit by a car. State troopers say 62-year-old Henry Stewart of Notasulga was driving the car.

Brooks was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say the car then hit an RV which was sitting stationary in the road.

Two people in the car, 57-year-old Retha Riley and 55-year-old Aurthur Holley, both of Notasulga, were injured and taken to Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery.

The crash happened at about 8PM Saturday on Macon County 56 near Cleghorn Drive, about one mile north of Franklin.
