Some showers Thursday night, another cold blast arrives Friday
Thursday morning was frigid with lows in the upper teens to low 20s. Thursday afternoon looks much milder, with highs in the 50s. Clouds increase, with the sky becoming overcast by the afternoon. Some showers appear possible Thursday evening through Thursday night. With temperatures well above freezing (32°), it falls as all rain, not freezing rain, sleet, or otherwise.
Another shot of very cold air arrives Friday. Morning lows range from the mid to upper 30s. Afternoon highs range from the low to mid 40s, despite sunshine increasing during the day. Friday night looks very cold, with lows in the upper 10s to low 20s. Saturday looks very cold too, with highs in the 30s despite a mostly sunny sky. Saturday night lows fall into the upper 10s to low 20s again. Sunday remains cool but not as cold, with highs in the 40s.
Temperatures trend milder next week despite increased cloud-cover and chances for rain.
