Governor Kay Ivey hosts annual Magic Moments Easter Egg Roll

Easter came a little early for dozens of children across the state as they were invited to celebrate at the 5th Annual Magic Moments Easter Egg Roll in Montgomery.

Governor Kay Ivey hosted the event Saturday morning at the Governor’s Mansion.

Children had the opportunity to hunt for eggs on the grounds on the mansion, while spending time with some of their favorite Disney characters and, of course, the Easter Bunny.

Magic Moments, located in Birmingham, was founded in 1984 and it provides Alabama children, who are diagnosed with chronic life threatening or acute life-altering illnesses the ability to experience non-medical magic moments.
