Alabama’s Mark Sears & Auburn’s Johni Broome named an AP All-Americans

Alabama senior Mark Sears is named a second-team All-American by the Associated Press while Auburn’s Johni Broome picks up third-team All-American honors by the Associated Press.
This is now the second straight year that Alabama has had a player named an AP All-American as Brandon Miller received the honor in 2023. Sears becomes the third member of the Crimson Tide to earn All-American honors during the Nate Oats era.
The SEC is tied with the Big East for the most AP All-Americans with three.
