15 year old arrested for possessing and firing stolen gun in Millbrook
A fifteen year old has been arrested for firing a stolen gun near two apartment complexes in Millbrook. On Friday, Millbrook police officers responded to a report of three thirteen to fifteen year-olds allegedly shooting a firearm in a field between two densely populated apartment complexes in the 800 Block of Deatsville Highway. The three boys ran away from an officer, and one of the boys was seen throwing down a gun.
The three were eventually apprehended, and a 15 year old male who was identified as having possession of the stolen handgun was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree. He was transported to the Montgomery County Youth Facility.
