Severe Storm Threat Tonight Into Wednesday Morning!

A strong to severe storm threat will materialize this evening and continue into early Wednesday morning. The main threats will be damaging winds, large hail, and possibly a few tornadoes!

In the meantime, this afternoon is looking mostly cloudy and warm with temps in the lower to mid 80s for highs. We head into this evening with rain and storms approaching our western counties. Some of the storms could be strong to possibly severe. The Storm Prediction Center has us included in a enhanced risk area (3 out of 5) on the storm scale. The storms begin around 6pm west and exit around 3am east.

The rest of the work week is looking dry but much cooler. We expect lots of sunshine but temps only manage mid to upper 60s for highs. Overnight temps will be chilly with lows in the lower to mid 40s.
