Man found dead on Lower Wetumpka Road in Montgomery

Montgomery police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found on Lower Wetumpka Road.

Montgomery Police Department Maj. Saba Coleman told Action 8 News that at about 6:28AM yesterday, officers were called to the 3400 block of Lower Wetumpka Road, which is not far from the intersection of Northern Boulevard.

Coleman says that’s where they found the man unresponsive. He was pronounced dead.

Police have launched a death investigation into the case. No other information has been released.
