Huge turnout at this year’s River Region Disability Expo

There was a huge turnout for the 9th Annual River Region Disability Expo in Montgomery.

The free event aims to connect individuals and families of all ages looking for disability resources with 84 providers across the city.
The event featured exhibitors with a variety of programs, services and products to help with independent living, children’s services and employment.

For anyone who couldn’t make it to the expo, officials say you can go to the River Region Disability Expo Facebook page and download a resource book for any help you or a family member might need.

Tuesday’s resource fair was held at the Alcazar Shriners Temple on Eastern Boulevard.
