Popular Montgomery restaurant to close its doors

A popular Montgomery restaurant will soon close its doors.

Jan’s Beach House Grill, located at 850 Eastern Boulevard, will close after the property is set to be sold and torn down.

In a Facebook post, the owners say the company who is buying the property has agreed to let them stay in the building for 90 days after the closing date. It goes on to say the closing date will be sometime in June, so they hope to have one last luau in September to celebrate its 12th anniversary.

According to its website, Jan’s Beach House Grill offers beef, chicken, and grilled and fried seafood. They also offer live music four nights a week.
