A Warming Trend Is Underway!
A weak frontal boundary has made its way into the area and it’s helping to ignite a few showers this evening. Any that do develop will die out as we progress into the evening hours. The boundary will be nearby and possibly trigger a few more showers Thursday afternoon.
In the meantime, we expect a partly cloudy sky overnight into early Thursday. Temps will only fall into the upper 50s to lower 60s for lows and afternoon highs will manage upper 70s to lower 80s. The remainder of the workweek and weekend will reveal highs in the lower to mid 80s and lows in the 60s. It’s looking fine for any of your outdoor plans both Saturday and Sunday.
Next week, a frontal boundary will enter the deep south and make a run at the state Monday into Tuesday. We will continue with a chance for showers and possibly t-storms Tuesday afternoon. Temps will continue to reach the 80s for highs and lows in the 60s.
