Valiant Cross Academy to host 5th Annual Breakfast with the Scholars Fundraiser

Valiant Cross Academy is getting ready to once again host its Breakfast with the Scholars fundraiser, but this year’s event will look a little different.

The block party style fundraiser will take place on Thursday, April 25 at 7:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Prevail Union on Dexter Avenue.

In 2022, Valiant Cross Academy was gifted the historic Methodist Church on Dexter Avenue for its middle school campus. After receiving the building, officials say repairs began immediately to create an innovative school while still keeping the historic charm intact.

During the repairs, crews noticed that the HVAC system for the education building was unrepairable and needed to be replaced.

This year’s fundraiser will go towards the purchase of a new HVAC system before the new academy year begins in August.

Founded by brothers Anthony and Fred Brock, Valiant Cross Academy, a Christian all-boys school in downtown Montgomery is dedicated to providing every student with resources and 1:1 relationships for success.
