Montgomery man arrested in Brundidge shooting

A Montgomery man has been arrested in a shooting in Brundidge.

Brundidge Police Chief Sam Green says 41-year-old Brian Guice has been charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle, shooting into an unoccupied vehicle and certain persons forbidden to have a gun.

Green says last month, officers had responded to a shots fired call in the parking lot at a business. He says one person was hit and received treatment for a non-life threatening injury. He also says there was property damage.

Green says more arrests are forthcoming.
