People pause in Greenville for the National Day of Prayer

The National Day of Prayer was marked throughout the nation on Thursday, including by people in Greenville.

People gathered outside City Hall to openly pray for their neighborhood, city, state and country.

Pastors throughout the community prayed for schools, law enforcement, first responders, churches and the community as a whole.
