Montgomery Rotary Club presents checks to non-profits at annual Charity Luncheon

Four local non-profits are getting big donations from the Montgomery Rotary Club.

Monday, the club held its annual charity luncheon, presenting a total of $25,000 to four groups which help local youth.

Those groups are the Court Approved Special Advocates, also known as CASA, as well as Dream Court, Girls on the Run and Guard Your Man.

The Montgomery Rotary Club was founded in 1913, and is the oldest Rotary Club in the city.

Over the years, it has donated more than $1 million to local charities.
