Man charged in Montgomery shooting
A man has been charged in a shooting in Montgomery.
Montgomery Police Department Maj. Saba Coleman told Action 8 News that 25-year-old Curtis Fountain has been charged with second-degree assault.
The shooting happened Monday night at around 9:15PM in the 2000 block of East South Boulevard. According to court records, the shooting involved an AK-47 style weapon. The victim was a male who has not been identified.
