A man has been charged with breaking into a Montgomery Dollar Tree store and stealing items.

Court records say 43-year-old Timothy James Carroll of Ramer is charged with third-degree burglary.  He is being held on $5,000 bond.

Court records show Carroll broke into the Dollar Tree in the 400 block of East South Boulevard at around 12:21 this morning. That location is near Norman Bridge Road.

Those records indicate Carroll was caught on video inside the store stealing several items. Officers later found him wearing the same clothes as the person in the video. They have recovered the stolen items.
