A Rather Active Weather Pattern This Week

We’re into a very active weather pattern this week. Daily rounds of afternoon showers and storms along with temps topping out in the upper 80s to around 90 degrees through Thursday.  A frontal boundary will make a run at the region late Wednesday into Thursday.  Showers and storms are likely ahead and along the boundary. All indications are the front makes it through the area and we’re trending drier late week and into the upcoming weekend.  This would mean lots of sunshine along with more comfortable temperatures.   You will probably notice it more during the morning hours.  Temps will start out in the lower to mid 60s.  The drier air will heat up and afternoon temps are still expected to reach the upper 80s to around 90 degrees.
