Periods Of Showers & Storms Through Thursday
A frontal boundary is heading into the deep south Thursday into Friday. Several more rounds of showers and storms will continue out ahead of the front. There will be periods of moderate to heavy rainfall area wide through Thursday afternoon. All indications are the front makes it through the area and we’re trending drier Thursday night and into most of the upcoming weekend. This would mean lots of sunshine along with more comfortable temperatures. You will probably notice it more during the morning hours. Temps will start out in the lower to mid 60s. The drier air will heat up and afternoon temps are still expected to reach the upper 80s to around 90 degrees.
