We’re Catching A Slight Break In The Heat For Now!

High pressure centered to the east of us is providing a nice easterly wind flow across our area.  Temps are coming down just a bit due to the slightly milder easterly winds. This setup will continue for a few more days but those mid 90s are coming back around soon.

In the meantime, we have a partly cloudy sky over us tonight into early Tuesday.  Temps will fall into the lower 70s for overnight lows.  That easterly wind flow will be in play again tomorrow.  Temps will manage upper 80s to lower 90s for highs.  Rain chances will remain slim to none.

The remainder of the week is looking rather quiet weatherwise.  We expect lots of sunshine with rain chances continuing very low. Temps will gradually climb and we’re back in the lower to mid 90s for highs by late week.

Our weekend is setting up to be hot with highs in the mid to upper 90s and rain chances creeping up just a little. These would be pop up afternoon showers or storms.  Some of you won’t see anything at all and that’s typical for this time of the year.
