MPD: Man injured in Saturday shooting

Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that injured a man.

Maj. Saba Coleman tells Action 8 News that it happened around 6:51 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Early Street.

Once officers and Fire Medics arrived, they found an adult male with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

No word on any suspects at this time.
