Luverne man dies in Crenshaw County crash
A single-vehicle crash in Crenshaw County has claimed the life of a Luverne man.
The crash occurred on Crenshaw County 50, approximately 10 miles north of Luverne.
Troopers say 43-year-old Jason Adam Bowen was fatally injured when the 2007 Nissan Maxima he was driving left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
Troopers say Bowen was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is investigating the cause of the accident.
