Man killed and another hurt in fatal shooting at Orrville night spot

One man is dead — another man is hurt — and another is behind bars following a shooting at a lounge in the Dallas County town of Orrville.

Chief Deputy John Hatfield says 19 year old Jeremy Bryant of Orrville was killed in the shooting — and another man was shot in the leg.

It happened at Shop Boyz Lounge at around 2:30 Sunday morning.

The incident stemmed from an argument between two females — that escalated into a shootout after several males got involved.

“During the course of the investigation we was able to identify five suspects that were shooting at the club,” said Hatfield.

Twenty-seven year old Tremark Atkins of Selma has been arrested in the case.

“Charged him with one count of felony murder, one count of assault second and one count of shooting into an occupied building.”
