Montgomery police investigating two separate overnight shootings

Montgomery police are investigating two separate shootings that happened overnight.

The first shooting took place around 1:42 a.m. in the 3600 block of Woodley Road.

Once officers and fire medics arrived, they found an adult male victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The second shooting happened 18 minutes later in the 1200 block of Hilmar Court. Hilmar Court is off Carmichael Road.

No word on suspects in either case at this time.
