Woman, juvenile female injured in Montgomery shooting

A woman and a juvenile female have been injured in a shooting in Montgomery.

Maj. Saba Coleman of the Montgomery Police Department told Action 8 News that officers were called to two hospitals this morning at about 12:10AM.

Coleman says the woman had a non-life threatening gunshot wound, but the juvenile female’s injuries were life-threatening.

She says the shooting happened in the 2400 block of East South Boulevard. That is between the intersections of McGehee Road and Woodley Road.

No other information has been released.
